"As per the meet and greet instructions I was expecting the driver to meet me at the arrivals hall, which the instructions clearly state. There was a 45 min delay after my arrival due to a misunderstanding since the company instead was expecting me to make contact with them as soon as I arrive so they can send the car to the outside pickup area. I appreciate that the cost for the company is less doing it this way, but then the instructions to me should clearly state that I need to make contact with the driver as soon as I arrive and that no one will be ‘meeting and greeting me’! The rest of the journey was good and the driver was very pleasant. Could you please amend you instructions for Stansted airport ‘meet and greet’ if this scenario is going to be the case in future. "
