"Ordered and paid for a V-Class for the journey, but a plain Mercedes Vito was sent. Was told that the V-Class was delayed, but frankly was not convinced by this at all.
Not a huge difference, but certainly not the same vehicle.
Other than this, very happy - easy order, driver on time, courteous and vehicle was clean."
