"Driver was 15 minutes late and then came to the wrong location. I had left clear instructions on the correct pickup location however the driver was evidentially unable to see these instructions. The driver was unable to understand me when I spoke with him and was unable to come to the correct location, so I had to bring the visually impaired passenger a long way down the road to meet the driver, resulting in them setting off 25-30 minutes late. Very poor service. "
